Merlin Professional Claims Services has taken nearly 4,000 sq ft of prime office space at Tomlinson House, Capitol Park, South Leeds.

Hesketh Lane playground Merlin, which provides leading insurers and brokers with claims management, loss adjusting and surveying services, has relocated its Yorkshire operations and is occupying the top floor of the recently-completed Tomlinson House.

There is still 9,000 sq ft of office space available for lease at Tomlinson House.

Sterling Capitol named their latest office development at Capitol Park, Tingley, in honour of Jane Tomlinson, the brave Yorkshire woman whose fight against cancer captured the nation’s imagination.
Guy Cooke, of letting agents Knight Frank in Leeds, said: “These deals are the latest chapters in the success story of Capitol Park, Leeds. They are also a telling indication that confidence in the Yorkshire out-of-town business park market remains robust”.
